Todd is a serial entrepreneur who knows how to build, scale, and exit. He grew Kool Tarts from a local bakery into a nationwide brand with 7-Eleven and Circle K accounts, scaling the team from 4 to over 40 before a successful exit. Before that, he built and sold a multi-location SmogCheck business in Los Angeles. A lifelong Angeleno with deep experience across multiple real estate transactions, Todd brings an operator's eye to site selection and an entrepreneur's discipline to our financial strategy, capital stack, and investor relations.
