EVI Infrastructure Inc ("EV Initiative," "we," "us," or "our") operates eviinfra.com (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use and share it, and the choices you have. By using the Site, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

Information We Collect

Information you provide to us. When you contact us or express interest in an investment opportunity or a property, we collect the information you choose to provide. This may include your name, email address, phone number, the property you asked about, and any message you include.

Information we collect automatically. When you visit the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect information about your device and your interaction with the Site, including your IP address, browser type, device type and identifiers, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, links clicked, and the dates and times of your visits. We collect this information using cookies, pixels, and similar technologies.

Information from third parties. We may receive information about you from our service providers, our analytics and advertising partners, the SEC-registered funding portal that hosts our offerings, and publicly available sources.

Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate the Site, measure and analyze traffic and usage, protect against fraud and abuse, measure the performance of our advertising, and improve our content and services. Some of these technologies are provided by third parties, including:

Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, which we use to deploy measurement tags and to analyze traffic and usage.

Cloudflare, which provides bot protection on our forms.

Vibe, which measures the performance of our connected-television advertising. Because television advertising involves no click, Vibe attributes visits to advertising by matching the IP address of your household network against households that were shown an ad.

You can control cookies through your browser settings, and most browsers let you refuse or delete them. Some features of the Site may not function properly without cookies. Where required, we honor recognized browser-based opt-out signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC). When your browser sends a GPC signal, our advertising measurement technologies are not loaded.

How We Use Information

We use the information we collect to respond to your inquiries and provide the information you request; to record and follow up on expressions of interest in our investment opportunities and properties; to communicate with you, including administrative messages, updates, and marketing communications, from which you may opt out at any time; to operate, maintain, and improve the Site; to measure the performance of our advertising; to detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, abuse, and security incidents; to comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements; and to carry out any other purpose disclosed to you at the time of collection or with your consent.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share personal information in the following circumstances:

Service providers. We share information with vendors that perform services for us, such as hosting, data storage, form processing, analytics, email and communications delivery, and bot and fraud prevention. These providers are authorized to use your information only as needed to provide services to us.

Advertising partners. We share limited information, such as IP address and pages viewed, with advertising measurement partners so we can understand which campaigns lead people to the Site. Investment offerings. Expressions of interest and related information may be shared with the SEC-registered funding portal or broker-dealer that administers our offerings, and with our professional advisers, in connection with a potential investment.

With your consent. We may share information for other purposes with your consent or at your direction.

Third-Party Services and Links

The Site links to third-party websites and services, including the funding portal that hosts our offerings, our community platform, and our hardware store. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of these third parties, and their use of your information is governed by their own privacy policies. We encourage you to review them.

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, to comply with our legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, and to enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of your information. You provide information to us at your own risk.

Your Choices

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link in those emails. You may request to access, correct, update, or delete personal information we hold about you by contacting us using the information below.

To opt out of the sharing of your personal information for advertising measurement, you may enable Global Privacy Control in your browser, block or delete cookies in your browser settings, or contact us using the information below. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for adults and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

Investment Information

EVI Infrastructure Inc is not a broker-dealer, funding portal, or investment adviser, and this Site does not accept investments or hold investor funds. Securities are offered under Regulation Crowdfunding exclusively through an SEC-registered funding portal, and only by means of official offering documents filed with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission. Nothing on this Site is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any security.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, provide additional notice. Your continued use of the Site after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Policy.
